A Dream Comes True
Paprsek Mountain Chalet is located in one of the most beautiful parts of the Jeseniky region, surrounded by healthy forest air. The chalet was built in 1932 right "In Paradise" as was the original name of the location on the boundary of three mountain regions: Hruby Jesenik, Rychlebske hory and Kralicky Sneznik.
In springtime and autumn, the chalet is the ideal location for health-related recreation for children, handicapped by the influence of civilization, with asthma and bronchitis. In summertime Paprsek is an excellent base for hiking in the hills. After a whole day of walking, guests can relax in the evening sitting around a campfire.
Close to the chalet now stands a wooden chapel. Its construction was funded by Miloslav Mika from Stare Mesto, co-owner of Paprsek Mountain Chalet, who had the chapel built for the occasion of his 60th birthday. The chapel was blessed on 26th September 2009. The chapel bell came from the now non-existent village of Grund Messinghammer.
